What is Lily PetBox?

A monthly subscription box for your fluffy family member. Each box is themed for a month or a holiday.

Our classic box consists of 2 toys, 2 treats and a surprise. This surprise can be a super big toy, a dog cloth, a puzzle game, or a chewer. If you need, you can change the contents of the subscription box!

All our treats are natural and always made in Canada or the USA. Our toys are made worldwide from quality materials. Some boxes contain handmade toys and items.

Do you have birthday box options?

We are working on it! In the future, we will send you a special Birthday box for your First Birthday!

What if my pet has allergies?

We want to make sure that your box is safe and tasty for your pup. Check off which allergies your pup has, and we will make all the treats suitable for your pup. If the allergy you are looking for is not included, you can fill them in manually so our team is aware of your pup's needs.

If there no safe food, we will replace the treats with toys.

How do I get started?

Simple! Just click here and get your checkout process going.

Fill out all of the information about your pet, and we will put toys and treats personalize on the needs, allergies and preferences of your dog. We will bill you upfront. Every box will be shipped directly to your front door.

What if I have a special request?

You can customize the box as you and your pup wish. If you need a custom solution, contact us at [email protected], and we will be more than happy to make this box special for your girl or boy!

What treats will be in my box?

We choose only 100% natural Canadian treat companies to collaborate with. The first and the main criteria are the quality and ingredients of treats and chews. The second is supporting local Alberta brands.

Our husky girl Lily always helps us to pick only the best treats to put inside the pet box.

How do you select what goes in each box?

You choose the inside of the box by answering the questions about your dog’s size, allergies, preferences and personality. Knowing all this information, we select the perfect ball sizes, plush or chew toys, tasty and healthy treats and chews for your pup!

What if I have an adult dog?

Each dog should have new toys. It doesn't matter what age your pup is. It helps not to get bored and feel loved. We choose toys with your dog’s size, breed and preferences in mind.

Are Your Toys Safe?

We can assure you that we would never send anything that we wouldn't give our very own pups. Our toys are made with quality materials. We source our products from all over the world and only work with safe manufacturers for your pup!

All our treats are natural and always made in Canada or the USA.

We do always recommend supervised play, though, as all dogs have unique playstyles.

Toys only boxes

Unfortunately, we are not supporting toys-only boxes, as we may have not enough toys in a special size in-stock to create this special request. Even if you adding this comment to the allergy field, we can't fulfill this request at the moment.

Manage my Subscription

Can I cancel my subscription?

Visit your account page to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription before your subscription term is complete then you will still be charged for and receive all of the remaining boxes in your selected plan, but you will not be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription term.

I want to skip a month of Lily PetBox. Can I do so?

We are happy to help with any requests you have. Contact us at [email protected] to skip a month of your subscription. We will make sure that you will get your further boxes in the future.

We have more than one dog. Can you do two sizes in the same box?

Unfortunately, for now, we cannot make a multi-size box option due to box weight restrictions.

Many of our multi-dog households receive a Lily PetBox for each pup! You can also choose the box with an additional toy.

Do you offer tough toys for pups that are heavy chewers?

We understand that dogs are different, and some love tougher toys, and some pups prefer fluffy plush toys. Each Lily PetBox is created and customized for your pup’s needs, including toys for your pup’s age, breed, size and preferences.

If you see that your friend needs more tough toys, reach out to us at [email protected]. We will be happy to make the box more enjoyable for your pup.

We are working on a Special Lily PetBox for super-chewers. For now, we are doing our best to send your pup more suitable toys.

Pricing

We do have a few pricing options available. The more months you sign up for, the more you will save! All of our prices are listed in CAD.

What kind of training and education material will you provide each month?

There is a training guide on our site in the Blog section. We are always working on adding new materials and, someday, video training as well. We understand how to raise a pup and that you need our support more than ever. You will find every step of dog parenting in our Blog. They will be on how to potty train your pup, help your dog be calm with guests, prepare your house for a new family member, and how to travel with a dog. We will be there every day for your pup to raise a happy adult dog!

How do I receive a replacement if something is destroyed?

We are sorry if the toy was not suitable for your pet. For us, it means that your pup had some serious fun, and that's great!

Let us know what was wrong with the toy [email protected] and we will send a replacement in the next box!

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

Sales Tax will be collected in states where we are required to by law.

Return Policy

We do not process the return of any complete Lily PetBox nor individual items. If something doesn’t work for your dog or you, connect with our Support Team [email protected] so we can make it right and ensure your pup is happy. We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover and any other credit cards.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment method once logged into your account.

If there is an issue with your subscription payment, we will send you an email with the details of what was wrong with the credit card.

How often will you charge my card?

The first time, we will charge you for a month when you sign up and immediately send you the first box. Then we will charge your card every month until your subscription is cancelled.

When your subscription term ends, we will automatically renew your subscription to the originally selected subscription term. That’s mean that it can be a month, 3 months, or 6 months.

We charge your card approximately the same day each month. It is the same date you signed up for the first time.

Can I change my subscription plan?

You can change your plan to any plan you want at any time. Log into your account and change your plan, box size or preferences of your pup.

My box shows as delivered, but it has not arrived. Can you help?

Sometimes a box is marked 'Delivered,' and it will be delivered by the end of the day or even early the next day! Also, if you have a side door or back porch, be sure to check those areas. If you live in an apartment complex, it may have been delivered to the building's main entrance or the Canada Post office.

If the box still has not arrived, let us know, and we will resolve this issue together!

How can I track my shipping?

You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipment!

When will I receive my Lily PetBox?

Your Lily PetBox will ship out within 4-10 business days. We understand that you are waiting for your first box, so we will do our best to deliver it ASAP.

A tracking email will be sent to you within 24hrs of your Lily PetBox shipping.

Can I get a status update?

Once your box has shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking code to the e-mail you used during the checkout process. You can copy and paste this tracking number to the CanadaPost site (https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/) and see when it will arrive.

How can I change my address?

You can update your address once logged into your account.
